Return & Refund Policy

At PopLab!, all of our products are custom-made and created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Why Returns & Refunds Are Not Accepted

Each product is uniquely made based on your individual request, design, or customization. This means the item cannot be resold or reused, making returns and refunds impractical.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure that all details provided during checkout (including customization requests, shipping address, and contact information) are accurate. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ''info@poplab.store''. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within [12 hours] of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun and cancellation will no longer be possible.
